More about the Graduate Trainee Programme
Toyota’s 2-year Programme focuses on creating a pool of talented individuals to be groomed for positions requiring a high level of Technical & Managerial responsibility.

Toyota’s Graduate Trainee Programme is broken up into 6 modules, the first of which involves 3 weeks of initial training and orientation, Leadership training and then 3 months of Plant rotation for Engineering graduates.

Further classroom and rigorous on the job training will follow on placement in a specific department, with support from a direct supervisor and Mentor(selected by the trainees themselves).

We are looking for dynamic and self-starting individuals who will take their training seriously and have a passion for learning as well as take ownership of their development and assist in ensuring their success on the Programme.
